​The Black Pearl Pipes and Drum band is a non-profit 501 C# corporation. 

We try to generate funding through sales of band memorabilia - shirts, hats, decals, etc. But we mostly depend on donations and community support to continue having the privilege of playing at academy graduations, department ceremonies, funerals, memorials, as well as public events.
